What if I entered the wrong shipping address on my order?

If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, here’s what you can do:

• If you placed your order within the last 12 hours, please email us at aftersales@haolota.top. We’ll do our best to help. Be sure to provide the correct address so we can update it promptly.

• If you’ve already received tracking information, please contact the carrier currently handling your package to request an address change. Once the package has left our warehouse, we are unable to change the address, nor can we contact the carrier on your behalf for security and privacy reasons.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We strive to process orders quickly, and once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we will no longer be able to make changes or cancel it.

We are unable to add items to an existing order after it has been placed. Please place a new order for any additional items you wish to purchase.
